Welcome to Issue 58 of Think Fishing and in this issue I’m going to show you how I go about catching carp at range. With carp becoming more prolific on venues that in the past have been renowned as bream waters, we anglers have had to adapt our approach because if the bream don’t feed, we need to catch carp, or we might be faced with a swim where both species feed and an approach that’s right for both species is required.

I’ll be going through everything in detail from bait and why I’m using a particular bait, to rigs and then onto the fishing itself where I’ll be sharing my thoughts as I catch them live on camera. Obviously there’s this emag too which is a great accompaniment to the video. Hope you enjoy it!
